I haven’t been feeling too peachy the last couple of nights. Some severe sinus headaches have caused me to all but fall asleep and collapse into myself.
Luckily, each night, we as a family have been going out to get some exercise, and that seems to be helping. I’ve been plagued with sinus issues for a long time, for as long as I can remember. No matter what, I get treated, finish the course of treatment, and not long after the symptoms come back.
I’m beginning to get tired of this stupid cycle, and I’m not really sure what to do with it. It seems that things tend to lighten up during the day, and hit me around 3pm every day. Then I tend to take some over the counter sinus relief medication, and I tend to feel better for an hour or so.
One thought that occurred to me is the possibility of dehydration. I’ve been drinking about (sometimes more) than a gallon of water a day.
I set out online to research some alternative methods for treating sinus issues, but I’m not really sure about how these things work, and even if they don’t.
For the time being, I think I’m going to order some more tea from Adagio, and hope that will take care of things for a little while.
As you can see, I’m trying to chug along with my 60 Days, 60(+) Posts initiative. I wrote a whole bunch of articles and published them in the future that day, and now I’m finally getting back to the publish now mindset. Maybe I’ll try to write some more today, and publish later, but it’s not looking so likely.
